Kat, 'braai' is the South African word for 'bbq'. For South Africans, braaing borders on religion lol We braai all year... there's a whole ritual around it. Yes, it's also Heritage day *koff* I say, let's celebrate braais : )
We'll be grilling up some trout tonight. Does that count? :) I'll bring the wine .. we have a lot here at the house (some still left over from the wedding).
Now I know what I'm having for dinner!!
